TODAY THE FACT THAT EVERYBODY WANTS INSTANT GRATIFICATION, INSTANT HEALING AND INSTANT HEALTH.  THIS HAS CREATED A WHOLE WORLD OF STRESSED OUT PEOPLE, WHO HAVE NOT TAKEN TIME TO CARE FOR THEIR NERVOUS SYSTEM.  MEDICINE HAS NO ANSWERS FOR THEM BESIDES ANTI-ANXIETY, ANTI-DEPRESSION, BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION AND EXERCISE.

LET’S BE CLEAR AND DEFINE THE TYPES OF STRESSES. THERE ARE 3 TYPES OF STRESS THAT EFFECT OUR BODIES AND THE NERVOUS SYSTEM ADAPTS TO ALL THREE. ALL THREE HAVE BOTH POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE EFFECTS.

 

PHYSICAL STRESS

THIS TYPE OF STRESS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING DENSITY IN OUR BONES OR INJURIES TO OUR BODY.  WE PUT OUR MUSCLES UNDER STRESS AT THE GYM TO BUILD STRENGTH AND SIZE.  INVERSELY IT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ARTHRITIS IF INJURY ARE NEGLECTED FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIME.

CHEMICAL STRESS

TOXINS VS NOURISHMENT.  OUR NERVOUS SYSTEM NOT ONLY WORKS FROM ELECTRICAL PROCESSES BUT ALSO CHEMICAL PROCESSES TO TRANSMIT NERVE CONDUCTION.  ELECTRICAL EVENTS PROPAGATE A SIGNAL WITHIN THE NEURON, AND CHEMICAL PROCESSES TRANSMIT THE SIGNAL FROM ONE NEURON TO ANOTHER OR TO A MUSCLE/ORGAN. DEFICIENCIES OF THIS ONE SYSTEM CAN EFFECT DYSFUNCTION OF VITAL ORGANS.  LIKEWISE, IF An ORGAN HAS An INCREASE OR DECREASE OF CHEMICAL STRESS THE NERVOUS SYSTEMS JOB IS TO ADAPT AND REGULATE OTHER ORGANS FOR SURVIVAL.

EMOTIONAL STRESS

STRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THOUGHT, MENTAL FOCUS OR FEAR.  ALL EXAMPLES INVOLVE YOUR BRAIN AND NERVOUS SYSTEM. EMOTIONAL STRESS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION ARE ASSOCIATED WITH PAST EXPERIENCES AND LIVING IN THE PAST.  INSTEAD, MAKE A CHOICE OF ACTION TO LIVE FOR A VISION OF THE FUTURE.

 

 

 

THE ROAD TO STRESS IS HARD AND NOT EASILY TRAVELED.  SO, NOW WE HAVE LEARNED THAT STRESS IS BOTH GOOD AND BAD, THAT THERE IS A SWEET SPOT WHERE TOO MUCH OR TOO LITTLE STRESS IS BAD.  THE ETYMOLOGY OF DISEASE IS DEFINED BY “DIS” MEANING WITHOUT AND “EASE” MEANING EASY.  SO, THE WORD DISEASE MEANS WITHOUT EASE OR TO BE STRESSED.  OUR BRAIN SENDS MESSAGES THRU THE NERVOUS SYSTEM TO MUSCLES, ORGANS, GLANDS AND TISSUE.  THIS PROVIDES LIFE, FUNCTION AND HEALING AS LONG AS THE BRAIN CAN COMMUNICATE THRU THE NERVES.  LIKE WISE THE MUSCLES, CELLS, ORGANS, GLANDS AND TISSUES RELAY AND RESPOND TO THE BRAINS COMMANDS AFFECTING THE BRAIN AND OTHER ORGANS.  THIS IS HOW PHYSICAL STRESSES CAN EFFECT MENTAL OR CHEMICAL STRESSES.  EACH BOUNDARY OF STRESS OVERLAYS ONE ANOTHER.
